I love excitment and I've been looking to do something like this for a while now, when I saw the add for the CHSS abseil I thought "this is it!"

Heart illness and strokes have affected my family just as they have many, if not most families in Scotland. CHSS bring support to those who have suffered these conditions as well as the people who love them.
