Update

As you will probably know this years GNR has been postponed until 2021😩😩 Despite this I will be doing the round in and around the Tees Barrage. If you could spare a few pennies in supporting my much effected charity i would be extremely grateful. Many thanks

Once again I am participating in the Great North Run for this truly amazing charity. Based in Seaham they are a small charity that support individuals and families affected by brain haemorrhages.  In these difficult times they like many charity's need support to carry on the invaluable work they do.          I ask from the bottom of my heart to ask you to consider sponsoring me. My family and closet friends have supported me throughout my years of raising money. The smallest amount to help me reach my goal would be greatly appreciated.

Thnakyou for taking the time to read this message
