As some of you may have heard I have entered the Great East Swim on 19th June !!! The wetsuits not pretty the hat even worse so please feel free to make comments !!!!!

My Grandmother passed away recently and her chosen charity was the EACH Treehouse appeal which is the Childrens hospice for this area so I decided on this good cause.

I have been busy training in the sea at Old Felixstowe and have managed to swim 70 groynes so far which has been cold !!!!!!!
