Story
In September 2017, Sandra a dear friend of mine sadly passed away. She had struggled for many years with Muscular Dystrophy and her daughter Alannah battles with this terrible condition on a daily basis. Sandra and I met when our children were at primary school and we became close friends.Sandra was always there for me helping out with lifts for the children as due to a visual disability I am unable to drive. We shared the same sense of humour and had lots of laughs over the years. Sandra's 4 daughters are now without their mum and I know how difficult this is for them, I am running the London Marathon in her memory and would like to raise as much as I can both for her daughter Alannah and the many other people who are battling with this condition. I really do appreciate any sponsorship that you can offer. Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
