As many of you know, my beloved sister Alison, passed away in December, leaving us heartbroken.

She was diagnosed with Lupus many years ago, and had lived with a managed condition most of her adult life. A big supporter of medical research, and keen to hear of new medicines and alternate therapies, she was an avid follower of Lupus UK. 

Alison appreciated the support, advice, and guidance offered by Lupus UK, and supported their efforts to provide research grants for this difficult to diagnose, incurable autoimmune disease.
