In memory of our wonderful friend and colleague, John Connelly, we are raising money for the British Heart Foundation by doing a cycle around Millport.   It's been a long time since most of us have been on a bicycle so please wish us luck!!

We all miss John so much and wanted to do something, as a Team, to raise some money in his memory. He would have loved to have taken part in something like this and would have been up to mischief throughout the day.  We can all imagine John laughing about the whole idea and he sure had the most contagious laugh!!

The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives.
