Thank you so much for coming to my Just Giving page!
My Dad is terminally ill with cancer, and I lost my mum-in-law just a few months ago to this terrible disease. It seems everyone you speak to knows someone that is suffering, and if there is anything we can do to try and help find a cure then I think we should.
I’m wanting to play my part and I am hoping to raise as much money as I can for Macmillan. I truly believe that we should give back in all aspects of our lives, and as I’m a qualified fitness instructor and a great motivator, I would love to put this to good use. All aspects of our health is important: from our mental, to our emotional and to our physical. Fitness is my area of expertise – I’ve lived and breathed it all my life - and I’d love to help others realise what they are capable of by sharing what I know to be true.
This spring I started a 6 week 30 mins Hiit outdoor class on the North Inch at 6pm. Classes - free but donations greatly appreciated as I was also taking part in the Edinburgh Half Marathon on May 26th.
Not only can I help Macmillan do what they do so well by raising much needed funds, but I can help those who need some inspiration and encouragement to get fit at the same time.
I've had so much fun with all the HIIT class - we've carried on!
