Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. On January 28th I am attempting to walk 26 miles to raise funds for Samaritans, the charity I am deeply proud to be CEO of. 

Samaritans is free at the point of contact and is available every single day of the year, 24 hours a day. Samaritans provide a space for people struggling to cope with their feelings or the events in their life.

 Samaritans don't judge, they just listen and, in listening, they create a safe space for people to talk about their darkest worries. People contact Samaritans about many different things including suicidal feelings. Samaritans, through the vital act of listening with compassion, help to save people's lives. 

The recession is impacting Samaritans income and we are facing a financially challenging year ahead. So, I am taking on this challenge to do a small bit towards maintaining our income. If you are able to help, any donation would very appreciated.
