As most may know... For several years I have worked in and around social care. Voluntary and professionally as well as personally. This being, raising funds for our elderly with our without dementia is very important to me. 

I currently work for a charity called CACE based in Cumbernauld. CACE helps support older people in our community live a more active and social life, helping to lessen loneliness and isolation. CACE provides day support and groups for the local community. Transport, and befriending too. CACE has so many wonderful volunteers that help assist our service users and staff. 

We always need funding to keep providing a service for the community of Cumbernauld. So, I'm getting my shoes on again and hitting Dundee for the Kiltwalk. Any pennies would be greatly appreciated...
