Having worked as Fundraising Officer for CoHoC for the last 18 months and lost a friend to cancer during that time.  I have been inspired by the generosity of our donors, the hard work of our fundraisers and the determination of our supporters to all work together to raise £4.5 million for Cancer Centre Campaign.  Not being in a position to make a large donation myself I have decided to throw myself out of a plane at an altitude of 13000 feet, freefalling for 40 seconds at 120 miles per hour to convince you to part with some sponsorship money towards the Campaign.  So please give generously as I know you all want a Cancer Centre in Colchester which is a centre of excellence and can provide the best care for everyone affected by Cancer.

P.S. - the costs of the Skydive have already been covered thanks to my lovely husband Andy, so everything you donate will go to the Cancer Centre Campaign.
