Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I generally swim several times a week and usually swim a mile each time. I saw the challenge and thought, why not? I will be proudly wearing the bright yellow swim cap the Dogs Trust have sent me and will regularly update this page and my social media with how I am doing.

Things are hard for everyone at the moment so really any amount would be appreciated. If you insist on sponsoring per mile make it pennies rather than pounds, one off donations equivalent to the cost of a cup of coffee would be brilliant. The target is to swim 21 miles in 8 weeks and I'll be starting on 1st August.

I'm bravely posting a pic of me in the hat, swimming caps are so flattering, said no-one, ever. They do however help protect the hair from the chlorine (no-one wants green highlights) and give the goggle straps a better grip.
