Story

For those who know me you can stop laughing now!! and for those who do not ignore them.

Yes that is correct people i am running the 26.2 mile Brighton Marathon this year and no jokes about "how is he going to get round without spilling his pint"

If you are able to control yourself for a short time between hysterical spurts you will find a heart warming story and extremely important message for a very worthwhile charity and cause. (Please visit www.tcharmed.org.uk/ )

Mitochondrial disease sadly took Tiana's life on the 9th May 2006 she was 2 years and 7 months old.

Tiana's charity and the need to raise funds and more importantly global awareness of a disease that can effect anyone young or old has given me the oppurtunity to help in this completely minimal way.

I have children as most of you know and am fortunate enough to kiss them goodnight and for them to see me in the morning, Tiana does not have that god given right anymore, so please help and give as generously as possible and spread the word about this little known killer.

I'll see you in the bar at the end!!!
