You maybe wondering what the hell is he doing this for? Me too!

10 miles of pounding the streets was usually the activity I'd do in the early hours of Sunday morning when trying to get home from the night before. But no! I will be sober, which is more than I was when we signed up to run 10 miles (or 10 km as I originally thought).

Me and Karen will be running for Mind, the mental health charity. I see this as an investment as my sanity is already in question after embarking on this mad venture.

Don't feel duty-bound to sponsor me. Just feel sorry for me and give some cash at the same time if you wish.

p.s. I will not be running in fancy dress, though my running outfit may still class as such :-)
