Julian Koch is raising money for Devon Air Ambulance Trust

Story
As some of you may already know, I am participating in the Royal Marines Commando Challenge on 11th October.
For the uninitiated, it is an event based around the Royal Marines fitness test course in Exeter. It consists of 2 x 2 mile up hill runs with a 3 mile assault course thrown in the middle for 'fun'.
It is a charity based event and each year the proceeds raised go to two charities, one being the Devon Air Ambulance (a service that is local to the event) and the other this year being the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal.
We need to raise at least £40 from each team member so if you could rummage around and find a few pennies to help donate, it would be very much appreciated.
