Welcare is a brilliant charity which works with families and children in South London and East Surrey, helping them through times of crisis. They provide family support and mentoring, domestic violence recovery groups, and advocacy and general support for families facing difficulties such as illness, addiction, or financial trouble.  I had the fortune to attend their 125th Anniversary year.  

Having not run for a long time, since badly burning my foot last year, I am not looking forward to the distance aspect of this run, but at least the route around some of London landmarks is scenic!
