Dads, brothers, sons, nephews, grandads, uncles – we need you! Grow a beard throughout December and raise money to support vital research and lifesaving work to stop bowel cancer.

Story

It is imperative that we raise awareness of bowel cancer and overcome the difficulty we have in responding to the symptoms. The symptoms are:

1) Bleeding from the bottom or blood in your poo 2) A persistent change in bowel habit (diarrhoea or constipation for more than circa 3 weeks) 3) Abdominal pain 4) A lump in your tummy 5) Unexplained weight loss or tiredness

If you get any of the above, irrespective of your age and general health, get a referral from your GP. Do it!
