On 7th, 8th, 9th May, I'll be doing a sponsored walk from Helmsley accross the North Yorkshire Moors to Saltburn by the Sea (53 miles). 

The walk is organised by Andrew Overton in memory of his sister Rebecca Kowal, who was killed by her partner last year, to raise money for the charity Refuge.
