Lockdown has been hard for many people, and for those with autism it’s been super tough. Getting out for a run has been a lifesaver for Katie so we thought we would try and give something back by joining the Super 7 challenge. We could have played it safe with 1 run of 7k but instead have decided to go for 7 days of 7k for the whole of world autism week. I have never managed to run every day for a week, and certainly never that far so trust me, this will be a challenge ! 

I know there are lots of requests out there so any amount, however small, will be much appreciated by Katie, myself and the charity.
