I suffer with with diabetic macular problems and have decided to try and do a little bit towards funding research into macular disease. I am going to use my exercise bike and cycle the equivalent distance of 4,549 miles between London and Havana, Cuba.  Due to diabetes and asthma I am doing this in stages.  At the moment I am averaging about 40 miles per day. As of 11th of February I have completed 762 miles.

As of March 6th I have reached 2148 miles, not quite halfway but I'm still going.  I would like to thank everybody who has supported me, you are amazing.

March 21st and I have reached 3002 miles only 1600 to go. I can’t thank enough all those people who have supported me.

FINISHED!  April 13th and I have reached Havana (technically), I will still keep going for my own fitness so if anyone wants to donate please do.
