On Sunday 26th September I will be jumping feet first into Salford Quays to swim one mile for Macmillan Cancer Support.  I would be chuffed to bits if you could sponsor me as much or as little as you can afford; Macmillan do great work and need all the donations that they can get!  Also, if you are around the Quays on that (beautifully sunny) Sunday, please come down to cheer me on! I'll be the lanky one in the wetsuit going in a different direction to everyone else no doubt!
