Hi guys

Well - I've been talking about doing the GNR for a few years now. So this year, I am joining my fellow Knaresborough Bed Racers from the Welly Wheelettes (Fi, Sallie & Zoe) to pound those streets.

I might not be the cross-country runner that my dad was back in his youth, but I do hope that he would be proud of me.

All the money that I raise will go to the Yorkshire Dales branch of Motor Neurone Disease to help recruit a Macmillan Nurse to support sufferers.

So - dig deep if you can and I'll let you know if the GNR is easier than the GKB!
