Story

I have been persuaded to take up this challenge by my two friends.  The last time I rode a bike properly was when I was about 7 or 8 and I was riding my Chopper.  A couple of weeks ago I bought I bike for the challenge and I cycled home from the bike shop (having never ridden on the road before), I was petrified when a bus was behind me and I had to indicate (badly and wobbly) to turn right into our lane.  I nearly cried when I got home and wanted to return the bike immediately.  I have persevered though and have been out a couple more times so far....100km is just a little bit further...(!!!!)

1 in 135 women will be diagnosed with cervical cancer in their lifetime, 1 in 52 will be diagnosed with ovarian cancer and 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime.
