My friend Cat and I are running the London Marathon on 3 October 2021.  Initially we were not running for a charity but so many people have asked if we are.  This got us thinking.  Personally we have been touched by a local girl who is suffering terminal cancer at the age of 10 years old.  Being mums ourselves this has really affected us, we have followed the daily blogs which have been truly heartbreaking.  I am shocked to learn that hardly any money is invested into childhood cancers for research.  This is why we have chosen Alice’s Arc.  We want to make a difference.
