I've had Rheumatoid Arthritis for ten years, and it's been a hard slog to get to a "normal" where I feel I can do more. Much more.

The idea for this adventure came a little while ago, then the pandemic hit, and family issues meant my efforts taking a backseat. 

Footprints and Soul s discovering Britain via a series of thru-hikes, starting on the west coast of Cumbria, across to the east coast, then up into Scotland. On foot. With a backpack and tent, filming and exploring the destinations in between. Creating a video diary, if you like.

There's a Facebook page set up, also a Youtube channel, as well as a website. Footprints and Soul is also about health, wellness, and getting out of your comfort zone.
