I love running. Especially long runs, in the cold and rain, with Alex shouting 'You need to pick up your speed!' OK he doesn't shout.

For those of you who know me, the first statement is a lie. I'm not a fan of running, but I've been training for the past 5 months for the Run to the Beat Half Marathon, hoping not to finish the race last.
