I shall be abseiling from Dorchester Abbey tower on Saturday April 30th, fundraising for the Dorchester Abbey charities and Daybreak Oxford - dementia day care in Oxfordshire which does the most amazing job of looking after those with dementia as well as giving much needed respite for their carers. I was moved to help Daybreak as the husband of a dear friend Barbara Sidwell was sadly diagnosed with dementia several years ago. I know that both she and her husband received huge support and help from Daybreak which does so much for some of the most vulnerable within our community.
