Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
As some of you know, my daughter Jennie has not had the best of years - having had three miscarriages since January. I know from my own experience that miscarriage is a horrible, lonely time and there are
rarely any answers anyone can give you. It is still not very well
understood medically, especially why it happens again and again to some people.
Jen is now raising money for Tommy’s, the baby charity and I have decided to help her out. I will be running two half-marathons in March 2018: the Cambridge Half at the beginning of the month, followed by the London Landmarks Half two weeks later, which Jen and I are doing together.
Running is always hard as I have an Arhritic right Knee and left foot. Having had knee surgery not long ago, this is going to be quite a challenge for me!
It would be great if you could sponsor me. Tommy’s is a fantastic charity, which funds much-needed research into miscarriage and still-birth, as well as support and advice for those who lose their babies.

Anything you can give will be much appreciated.
