Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever.Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.

After my wonderful mother was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s disease in 2013, we found their was little help and support available. That was until I contacted the Alzheimer’s Society and they provided us with the much needed support and advice to help us provide the best possible care for Mum. 

This is why this much needed charity means a lot to us as a family and why I am taking part in this years Cupcake Day!
