We started our 20 mile walk for Breast Cancer Care at 9.30am, and completed it in 6.5 hours, including a short break for lunch and an occasional pit stop. We were lucky that the weather wasn't too warm; we got rained on a bit between 1pm and 2pm, and finished at c 4.00pm just ahead of torrential rain!

The organisation was great, no loo queues and regular refreshment stops along the way with plenty of  free water, fruit and energy bars on offer.
