Story
Late 2021 I got given the news that you only ever think happens to someone else, but this time it was me. It wasn't the lady down the road or the next door neighbour's sister, it was me, I had cancer.
Faced with some of the toughest decisions I would ever have to make, I put on my big girl pants and started my battle.
Through the treatment, consultant's appointments and surgery I cried and felt weak, I smiled and felt grateful and I found a strength deep down that I had been saving for this very moment.
For everyone out their fighting their own battle, whether you're just starting, starting over again or reaching the finishing line.... you've got this.
