In a moment of madness I have decided to follow Tom (super fit son) on my push bike for 50km to raise money for a brilliant cause.  Few of us have not had a brush with Cancer and many of us have known the support that a Hospice can give to the terminally ill and their families.  I haven't ridden a bike for more than a couple of miles for about 30 years, so I am doing a bit of training!
