Hello, thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This year I have taken on a new challenge for myself as this will be my first EVER run. I really dont 'do' running except in softball from base to base, sometimes 2 bases !!  so to tackle a 10k run as a starter wil be quite a challenge for me. 

My chosen charity is Refuge, Against Domestic Violence because they do such a truly amazing job of helping women and children who quite literally may have no one else to turn to for support and guidance. Domestic violence can cause so much more damage beyond bruises and broken bones and having been on the receiving end of this I am asking you to support me in supporting them.
