Hello! I am running my first half marathon to raise money for the Prince and Princes of Wales Hospice and in memory of my mum, Wendy (Dwynwen) Abel (pictured) and my mother in law Betty Coyne. Both are sadly missed, but their memory will help me complete the run on Sunday!
