Why am I doing the Great North Run?:
I have no idea!!
I am the most unfit I have ever been...:-/
I hate running, so it's an enormous challenge!
Why raise money for Newcastle Dog and Cat Shelter?:
I got my dog Millie from there.
She is THE best dog ever.
She should never have ended up there, but I am glad I met her.
She is a great friend. The best in fact. (Apart from the cats!)
The Dog and Cat Shelter do an amazing job saving the lives and re-homing thousands of fluffy friends each year. If you want a cat or dog, whatever size or age, please look there first.
I have worked with homeless people for 6 years now. Animals cannot speak for themselves. Come on guys, let's help the little sweeties!
