When you educate a girl in Africa, everything changes. She'll be three times less likely to get HIV/AIDS, earn 25% more income and have a smaller, healthier family.

Camfed is a fabulous charity helping marginalised girls to gain access to learning. Education helps girls and their communities succeed, prosper and lead.  

We are both tremendously grateful for the opportunities that education has given us - and believe that this should be a right,  not a privilege, regardless of gender. As events in recent months show, this is increasingly disputed and threatened in communities around the world.
