We're so grateful to you all for sticking with us for so long in our fundraising efforts and for being so incredibly generous. It's been a challenging few years, with Covid for everyone, and multiple running career ending injuries for Judy, one resulting in a cervical disc replacement surgery. In fact a total of five surgeries for Judy since July 2022 and my running future is still in doubt, but I'm battling on. Thank goodness for sheer dogged stupidity! We're both determined to hit 100 official marathons, for David to reach his 7 continents, and for Judy to complete the Alphabet List of Countries - 9 more to do of those. Then we might rethink! Halves perhaps!

As soon as we heard some new marathons would be added to the existing six World Marathon Majors, with Sydney first, Judy had to be there, so huge thank you to Breast Cancer Now for getting spaces for both of us. Brilliant. We loved Sydney and Judy is now in the first cohort of 7 star finishers.
