On 9th June, I'm running the Blaydon Race - a 9.5km race from the middle of Newcastle across the Tyne to Blaydon, where I grew up.  If you need any further details, there's a famous song and I'll give you a rendition any time...

I'm raising money for Lullaby (formerly FSID).  Last year, my close friends Clare and Simon lost their gorgeous son Henry to cot death, when he was two weeks old.  This charity helped and supported them.  I'd like to raise money so they can support others and do  more research to stop other families going through that too.
