At some point in our lives we can be become distressed and reach a crisis point of not knowing where to go or which way to turn and unfortunately some people resort to the desicion to commit suicide to end the pain and suffering endured.

Samaritans provide 24/7, confidential, emotional and non-judgemental support to those in despair and reaching crisis point, a service which can never be underestimated of it's worth to the public...where else could you turn to talk about thoughts of suicide going through your mind?

The 3 Peaks Challenge is as it says.... a challenge!!  It takes on the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales all within 24hours. The trek covers 40kms and involves 2,984m of ascent and descent....eek!
