As most of you know I lost a lot of weight over the last 6 months and discovered running ! I feel that to complete this 10k run will be a massive personal achievement for me - the person that couldnt even run for a minute a year ago !

I work at Havens Hospices and the work they do is priceless and I know any money raised will help ensure that they can carry on with this incredible work.
