We help stroke survivors to find strength through support.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

On May 6, we will attempt to drag our soon-to-be 50-year-old bodies along 26.2 miles of the Northumberland Coast Path in less than 10 hours. That may not sound much, but try telling that to our knees, which currently have a combined age of 194.

We are fundraising in memory of Judith's brother Bill, who died far too young at the age of just 41 after suffering a stroke a little more than three years ago. He would have been hugely amused at the thought of us trudging sore-footed over the finishing line.

Judith is asking people who might have bought her a gift for her milestone birthday in September to kindly sponsor her instead.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Many thanks,

Judith and Damian.
