In memory of Mum I am doing something I never thought I could or would do. When I am out running, I think of Mum and my brother- I am doing this for them and also to raise money for Alzheimer's - where my Mum received some wonderful kindness from carers and fun from the singing group. Running has helped lift my spirits and being in the company of some wonderful, inspiring women has warmed my heart.
