From mental health and body positivity to raising your heart rate and just feeling the rush of being alive, there are many, many health benefits to naturism. But We are delighted to be taking part especially in support of the nation's largest heart charity, the British Heart Foundation and the amazing work it does to fund life-saving cardiovascular research. In the UK there are 7.6 million people living with heart and circulatory diseases. The BHF funds over £100 million of research each year into all heart and circulatory diseases and the things that cause them. For all the FAQs on how to get involved, just head to the Great British Skinny dip website www.greatbritishskinnydip.co.uk Thank you for supporting us with our Great British Skinny Dip!
