Dear Family and Friends,

In October I will be taking up a very special challenge.  I  will be travelling to Fort William in Scotland to take part in Breast Cancer Care's  Ben Nevis challenge. 

This challenge will involve climbing  Ben Nevis with 200 other walkers. Ben Nevis is Great Britian's highest mountain at 4,406 feet above sea level.  This will be a true test of endurance so therefore I have started a comprehensive training program. 

Breast Cancer Care provides information, support, and campaigns for improved standards of care with an understanding of  personal  experiences with breast cancer and clinical expertise.
