Mountaineer, Jo Bradshaw, has already tackled the highest mountain on 6 of the 7 continents and with just 1 to go, is aiming to raise an incredible amount for Place2Be - the UKs leading childrens mental health charity.
Story
1 in 8 children today have a diagnosable mental health problem.
50% of people with lifetime mental health problems first experience symptoms by the age of 14.
Rates of depression and anxiety among teenagers have increased by 70% in the past 25 years.
This is why Place2Be's work in schools throughout the UK is so important, now more than ever. By providing counselling and emotional support early, Place2Be is equipping children with the skills and resilience they need to go on to become healthier and happier adults.
I'm moving for mental health because it's a cause that means a lot to me. I would be so grateful for any support you're able to give - together we can make a real and positive difference to children's mental health.

Place2Be is a children's mental health charity that works to improve the emotional wellbeing of children and young people. We help them to cope with wide-ranging and often complex social issues including bullying, bereavement, domestic violence, family breakdown, neglect and trauma.
