Story
So many of you will know about my struggles and battle with depression. I've been lucky and had support from friends and family, but often in the darkest of times you want to hide yourself away even from your loved ones. You feel guilty for bothering them and don't feel deserving of their love and time. It is in those dark moments, sometimes you need another outlet and helplines like CALM can be just that. Knowing that there is always someone on the other end of the phone if you need it.
While mental health doesn't discriminate on age or gender, year after year young males in particular are suffering in silence. Help support CALM to provide an outlet for those that need it with the added benefit of being able to laugh at my inability to grow any facial hair.
Help CALM support people like myself from becoming another statistic.
