Harry and Sophie are taking the dive to end local homelessness. They will be jumping out of a plane to raise vital funds to end homelessness in our community.

Harry, Sales Consultant for our Shoreham office says, "As staff at Jacobs Steel, we have developed this amazing relationship with Turning Tides and have already worked with them on a number of projects; including cooking a Christmas meal for some residents at one of their hostels in 2019.

“It’s always been a great challenge for me to overcome heights. Lockdown made me think I should take on challenges in life and just face my fears. You only live once so why not go out giving it large at every possible obstacle in front of you! I’ve always had a place in my heart for supporting charity as much as I can and there’s not a better charity in the local area than Turning Tides.”

Sophie went on to say: "I've always wanted to skydive so when the opportunity came up to support Turning Tides while doing something that's been a dream, I literally jumped at the chance."

They are hoping to raise £1,200 between them. A sum of money that means so much to a local charity that we have seen change homeless lives for the better in our community.
