Together to the Roof of Africa

Climbing Kilimanjaro, Lemosho Route · 30 September 2019
After a horrific bike/car collision in May 2019 where he almost lost his life, JP set himself a stretch goal in support of his recovery.
The day has finally come...
JP is on his way to Tanzania to attempt to summit Mount Kilimanjaro only 15 months after his accident.
JP will be climbing a mountain, literally. But metaphorically, we are all climbing our own mountain in some way.
And people, who suffer from mental health are climbing a very difficult mountain. They feel alone, stuck, they don't know where to go next, who to call on. They're scared about what's coming around the next corner.
JP wants to let people know that they are not alone and to inspire them to keep climbing, to find the right people, the right tools, the right environments, and the right challenges to keep climbing their mountain and
And setting a stretch-goal for yourself is a great way to keep moving!
