Those of you who know me (and my little bro David) will already know that we are both highly allergic to running, making this 10K an almost impossible task! We decided that the event in August would be a perfect opportunity to remember our Dad and raise some money for the charity which helped our family while he was ill, the Motor Neurone Disease Association. When I say perfect, obviously we overlooked the fact that neither of us have even run for a bus, never mind 10 whole Kilometers!!

Please give kindly, no matter how small (or big!) the donation, as MNDA are a small charity who need all the help and money they can muster in the fight against MND, a terrible and currently incurable disease.
