I am doing an 11 mile walk with ten royal mail colleagues from Worcester Mail Centre (they kindly have adopted me as I sit there occasionally) The walk is along the spine of the Malverns so very up/down. and quite steep. Not sure my suspect knee is up to it but I promise not to go sick afterwards! I am taking the two dogs that I walk - Barkley is in the picture.

I appreciate that we all do a lot for charity and can suffer from charity fatigue but this hospice is close to my heart as a very close freind was cared for there and they do an amazing job.
