Doing a walk may not seem like a massive challenge but I haven't walked more than half a mile or so at one time since I had kids so I have genuinely had to train for this! I have recently been given a guided tour of the Hospice and it is such a lovely place and the support given to the relatives of patients there is so important and they are unlikely to get such support from any other resource. Any of us may be affected by the death of a loved one and may need to rely on the support of a hospice so it makes sense to support your local one!
